SHIPPING
Shipping & Returns
Order Tracking: To track your order, simply log in to your Yedawear account and click on the order number. You'll be able to see the status of your shipment and track its progress from our warehouse to your doorstep. Delivery Options: We offer standard shipping and being a small ministry we ship once a week on Thursdays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Courier Contact: If you have any questions about your shipment or need to get in touch with the courier, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. International Delivery: We currently do not offer international delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Being a ministry we can only accept returns if there is a defect in your product. If you misjudge size or color, we ask for your understanding that the profits from your purchase have been donated to Samritan's Purse and may not be refunded. Consider donating your item to charity. If, however, there is a defect in the material or workmanship, Please contact us through our contact form with an explanation of the issue and photos of the defect. We will contact you with a return authorization number and a return address. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is your responsibility.
